We went through sooooo many revisions to get the texture and flavour right. Can't have it too gummy 😤. Our take on the Vanilla Flan is a thick custard cream baked into our classic croissant shell, and finished off with a caramelized honey glaze. Loaded with vanilla, it is silky, smooth, and creamy.
